COMPLETE Digital Hotplate Kit, AREX-6 with probe, with Vertical Support Rod, Boss Head, and Support/Holding Rod, 115V. Chemglass 135mm round top DIGITAL hot plate stirrer system with built in timer. Hotplates feature many exclusive features and improved safety enhancements. The 135mm diameter heater top is scratch proof and chemically resistant. The integrated TIMER provides an additional layer of safety ensuring the hotplate heater is "off" after the elapsed time (settable from 1min to 99h: 59min). TRU-RPM stirring provides very accurate mixing speeds through the entire RPM range from 30 to 1700 rpm. The back corner of the housing has an M8 female thread to accept a vertical support rod. The updated interface, with illuminated icons, create a very user-friendly experience. New and improved knobs and buttons assure simple and intuitive control of the hotplate stirrer. Note: Hot plates have been designed and manufactured in compliance with the following standards CE, CSA and UL.

These hot plates are ideal for cold rooms and can be used at 0-27°C with 80% relative humidity, in a non-condensing environment. Stir Trac technology offers improved slow speed stirring, consistent speed control and stronger magnetic coupling from 50 rpm to 1200 rpm. The integral ring stand holder accepts 1.3cm diameter support rod. A single knob design controls heating/stirring and goes up slowly when rotated slowly and faster when rotated faster. Adjustable 1 °C and 1 rpm increments. The RS232 port enables output of time count, temp set points, top surface/remote probe temp, stirring set point and actual speed to a printer or computer. Supplied with 6" type K probe, detachable cord, retention bracket that prevents cord from accidental removal, and a TFE-coated stir bar.
